By creating an account or using Archiv ("the App," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Archiv.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Archiv. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe are operated by users under the age of 13.
To use certain features of Archiv, you must register for an account. You agree to:
You may register using an email address or a third-party service such as Google. When registering via Google, you will be asked to select your account type (Stylist, Collector, Shop, or Other).
Archiv allows you to post, upload, and share photos, text, tags, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the User Content you post. By posting User Content, you grant Archiv a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You agree that you will not post User Content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content posted by other users.

All content, features, and functionality on Archiv — including but not limited to the design, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Archiv and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
Archiv may introduce buying and selling features in the future. Any such features will be subject to additional terms that will be presented to you at the time they are made available. Nothing in these Terms creates an obligation for Archiv to introduce any commerce features.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHIV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. This is a beta product and you acknowledge that it may contain bugs or be subject to downtime without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARCHIV AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the App. You may also delete your account at any time by following the in-app instructions.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
